Our Who
Federico Campos
An MBA graduate from KAIST University in Seoul, South Korea, Campos brings extensive consulting experience from McKinsey & Company and the Inter-American Development Bank. He also has a strong real estate background as a former operations manager and sales representative at one of the top real estate agencies in Guanacaste. Campos is an active member of the Costa Rican Chamber of Real Estate Brokers (CCCBR) and the Costa Rican Global Association of Realtors (CRGAR).
Federico Gurdián
With a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from Glion Institute of Higher Education in Switzerland, Gurdián has over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry. He has held key leadership roles, including Resident Manager at Alta Gracia Hotel and General Manager and Managing Director at Casa Chameleon Hotels, which earned accolades as one of the top 5 best hotels in Central America and a top 100 hotel in the world by Travel and Leisure in 2019. Gurdián is also Managing Partner of Blossom Hospitality, where he owns and operates Pots & Bowls Restaurants, and offers consulting services for hotels and restaurants.
